I'm your guide and fellow traveler on this path. Since 2011, I have provided ops expertise by consulting with small business clients. As my practice and services evolved, I became a pioneer in the Fractional COO space.

I founded and lead Fractional COO Collective as our professional association setting the standards and providing resources for Fractional COOs/Integrators and operations consultants to build successful practices.

Our community of operations professionals has grown quickly and is nearly 700 strong.
